In my government career I was involved in: the changeover of Prime Ministers, numerous Ministerial reshuffles and preparation for incoming political parties, the early development of a central government ‘start up’ unit to deliver an international policy agenda and the establishment of new directorates to deliver a new strategic direction for the New Zealand care and protection system.

I believe high-impact, social-leaning and ecosystemic organisations are filled with passionate and thoughtful self-leaders.

I connect such individuals and teams with their bodies, hearts and sense of purpose - providing a platform for a well-supported, nourished and inspired workforce who are connected to themselves, the core essence of the organisation and a thriving culture.
