  • This program is designed for people who:

    • Have taken steps on the journey of personal healing and are ready to deepen into their authentic self and soul expression.

    • Desire to uncover their unique flavour of leadership and stand for this in the world.

    • Leaders who want to expand their potential, source their purpose in a more soulful place, align their work with their core values and have great impact.

    • Leaders who want to be properly nourished and enjoy a life of immense fulfilment in addition to high purpose/performance.

    • Those ready and willing to explore a new frontier of leadership in service to a more beautiful world.

    • Are willing to surrender to the inevitable transformation that comes with opening up to more authentic ways of living. This includes a level of trust and surrender and includes committing to practices that can support your emergence and healing.

    • 12 weeks of personalised and immersive mentoring (1 x 1 hour call every 2 weeks over Zoom).

    • Daily practices to support you during our time working together. Including meditative, embodiment and creative practices.

    • Voice note access via the messaging app Signal. Includes wrap-around support: sharing, witnessing, support or feedback. 

    • Personalised support and guidance drawn from leading transformational modalities and my personal experience of moving from traditional leadership structures in the UK and NZ government to soulful leadership sourced in integrity and aliveness.
